IFAC Signs MOU with the China CDC NINFS

On August 15, the International Food Additives Council (IFAC) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the National Institute of Nutrition and Food Safety (NINFS), China Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The MOU allows IFAC and the China CDC to share information and work on areas of mutual interest related to food additives and food ingredients. Through this partnership, IFAC and the China CDC will collaborate on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) for food additives and food ingredients, share information on food additive labeling, and work together on global food additive specifications and standards. IFAC is very pleased to be working with the China CDC in these areas.
